Hello Stephen. Could you please let me know which AVG program is installed on your computer?

Hi,

AVGIDSAgent service is slowing down my machine's shutdown process. I saw a post on here about adding the outbound and inbound rules for AVGIDSAgent.exe to the Windows Firewall so I tried that, however I have searched my machine for the program and it can't be found so how is the service running and how do I add the rules?
