I would like to ask your help if possible. I am a long time AVG user. Since I am using Win 7, my PC is plagued by recurring BSOD (1-2 times a month) referring to AVGIDSDriver.sys causing the crash. I already googled for solutions but found only dozens of registry fixing applications promising help upon purchasing their products.
As far as I remember before Win 7 I did not have this issue and HW is the same.
I have reinstalled both Win 7 and AVG but that did not solve the issue.
Any advice on how to tackle this nuisance, please? Thank you for your help

My PC has 2 GB of RAM. Processor is Inter Core 2 Duo E4700. The system drive is a OCZ-VERTEX3 120 GB SSD. The AVG version is 2016.0.7227.
