AVGmobilation cannot find location message

Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Hi,

I have installed the AVG app on my android device. It worked proporly for some while.
But when I login the portal to find my android I get the following message;

Location cannot be retrieved from the device, please click on the locate button again in a few minutes.
My android device is still connected in my portal. 

How do I fix it?
