Avgscanx.exe deleted after update?

Hello,
I just updated my AVG free Antivirus (german language) to the newest version 17.2.3419.0. Now the comandline scanner isn´t available. The file avgscanx.exe is not there: "C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\Av\avgscanx.exe"

Can anyone help me? Is there a new name/file?

Hi, How is this possible to remove without informing users ?.. can some from avg please advsie where to downlodd old version please, or newest ver with cli option aviable

John, we understand your concern but if customers have 2016 version installed they can use it but if they have installed the 2017 version then it is not possible to switch to 2016 version.
We request you to submit your feedback through this link: http://www.avg.com/product-feedback so that the feature that you requesting will get implemented in mere future.
