AVGSvc.exe causing frequent BSOD crashes

My AVG Internet Security, version 19.6.3098 (build 19.6.4546.511) seems to cause occasional BSOD crashes, reporting the error "System Service Exception - Netio.sys". The Win 10 dump file always says: "WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgStm.sys" and in one case so far also (in addition to it)
"WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgSP.sys". My Win 10 Home version is 1903, build 18362.239

I have encountered 3 crashes already during one day

Hi Jan,

We're sorry to know that. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Initially, let us check if any 3rd party software is conflicting with AVG. To do so, follow the steps in this link.
If issue persists, we may need to perform a clean installation of AVG. Please try the above step & let us know the outcome.

Jan, possibly there should be a conflicting program which caused this issue.

You will find some unwanted and other AntiVirus program in your computer. Please uninstall those softwares to prevent this issue in the future.

Thank you for understanding.

Hello Dinesh and tanks for the reply. So, I have followed the suggested steps and the PC restarted with Windows running normally, so I assume there is a "conflict with another program or service running silently in the background". Is that conclusion right? If so, how do I find out what kind of conflict exactly it can be? Thanks.
