AVGUI.EXE Error Message and Firewall not starting driver communication

Hello,
I got the following error message during install of internet security 2015:  "Unspecified error occurred in the following AVG component(s) - AVGUI.EXE".

Also after the install and running the program I get the folloin g error message. "Firewall cannot start because an error has occurred in communication with a driver".  The firewall of course is not active.
