I thank you for your rapid response. I have followed your suggestions and did not get the desired results (i.e. still getting the error). Do you have any other suggestions?

I am using AVG Free Version 17.5.3022, Virus definition 170806-0 under Windows 10.

Upon system start and log into Windows, I get a popup titled AVGUI.exe System Error. The message says "The code execution cannot proceed because avgsysa.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I followed its suggestion and removed AVG, restarted the system then reinstalled AVG. The problem persists.
However, AVG is working (as is the user interface). By starting AVG I can use the interface to run scans, etc.
Therefore, this is a false error, but an annoyance just the same. Suggestions?

Rex, I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue. I have sent you an email, please follow the steps in the email to send us diagnostic information from your computer. This information will allow us to analyze the situation and provide you with a solution.

Do also attach the screenshot of the AVGUI.exe System Error to proceed further.

Thank you.
