We regret for the inconvenience caused.
We request you not to share any personal information(Email address, License/order #) in public forum due to security reasons. Please make sure if you had followed all the below instructions in the same order.
We suggest you to uninstall old 'Microsoft visual C++ 2012 x64 and x86' from your computer's 'Control Panel' list of installed programs and then remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After restarting your computer, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable package from  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 .Restart your computer, and then install AVG Antivirus Free by clicking on  http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_Free_692.exe .Thank you.

I'm suffering with a continuous error message from AVG Free Anti Virus which reads: avgui.exe - system error
mscvr110.dll and msvcp110.dll missing

After a bit of research i have done the following so far: 
Removed AVG
Downloaded and run AVG Removal Tool
Removed Removal Tool
Downloaded MS Visual C++ Redistributable 2012

I have now uninstalled AVG Free anti virus but am still getting the usual message when i reboot

avgui.exe - system error
mscvr110.dll and msvcp110.dll missing

Please help

Sorry to know that the remover tool doesn't' work.
In this case, we need to analyze the log files for which we have sent you the email instructions.
Please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.
