I apologize for the delayed response. This issue can happen if the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 files are corrupted. Please uninstall this file from control panel and reinstall the file from below link:

32-bit: http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x86.exe .

64-bit:  http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x64.exe .

Once you reinstall this Microsoft file, please check if everything works fine. If you still get any error, please let us know. We can escalate this case to the senior team for further assistance.

Hello,
I am getting the a pop-up window entitled "avguirna.exe - Bad Image".
It is saying:
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Skype\Phone\api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."

Please advise on how op deal with this issue, as some websites are stating that this is a Trojan.
