Thanks for you resonse, it gives me the opportunity to explain that the question was posted twice due to a glitch with the AVG website, it was not my intention to post the question twice. If you have any constructive advice on how to solve the question I posted feel free to reply otherwise I will continue along the path I an following with AVG.
