Thank you, Avinash, and apologies for taking so long to answer. I followed your instructions and now the problem is solved.
Unfortunately, I've got another one. From time to time, a small window pops up that says:
"AVG Diagnostics
Following AVG processes failed:
- avguix.exe
Would you like to send the report to AVG for analysis?
Yes

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp and reinstall it. Please click on this link for steps to download and run AVG Remover tool to completely remove the traces of AVG.

Then click on this link on how to download and install AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.

Hello,
When AVG PC TuneUP is installed, almost every time I turn off or restart my PC, I get the following message:
avguix.exe - Application Error  — The instruction at 0X000000000A63B418 referenced at 0X000000000A63B418. The memory could not be written.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

My previous message is incomplete (I pressed the wrong keys, it seems). What I would like to know is whether it is possible to prevent that small window from popping up, because sometimes it pops up while I am running a macro that takes a few hours to complete, and interrupts the macro. Thank you.

Oriol,

We need to analyze the root cause of this error. So I would request you to get in touch with the remote team for proceed further.

Once you get connected with them, they will check your AVG Program remotely and fix the error messge.
