On -
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H2
Installed on 11/11/2021
OS build 19044.2251
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0
with -
Processor Intel(R) Core™ i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.67 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
The issue began after the latest software upgrade I installed two days ago.
Running the repair tool did not correct issue.
Un-installing and re-installing did not correct issue.
After boot up - I get the error message twice and then the system appears to be functioning, AVG reports no issues with protection.
Please help.

I can:t replace this file on avg and its reporting always this fault after starting the pc
Today I disabled Microsoft Edge at Startup and restarted computer, avguix.exe bad image message didn't show up.
Go search bar type Task Manager select startup find Microsofte Edge

Tried re-install, no help.
Running Windows 10 - system will not support windows 11.

I have excatly the same issue. using Avg FREE

In this case, we'd request you to check whether there are any traces of older versions of AVG programs present in your computer.
Please follow the below steps to check for older AVG traces:
Run command > Type 'c:' in the command box > Click OK > Check both 'Program files' and 'Program filesx86' folders for a folder named AVG > In the AVG folder, check for any folders whose last modified date goes back to 2018 or before > If you find any such folders, please delete them permanently.
Once you've performed the above steps, restart your computer once and check if the issue resurfaces.
