Avgwdsvc.exe preventing me from ejecting any external device

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to use our AVG remover tool on your PC and then reinstall your AVG program once. Please follow  the instructions mentioned below:

1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

Please HELP!!!! I sent this to support several days ago. I replied with the screen shot as per instructions and still no response. I am at a loss and no help. Please see below, as this is the conversation and this is an on going and becoming a real big problem.  Thank you.

I am trying to eject my samsung sgh-817 cell phone from my computer and it says the avgwdsvc.exe is preventing it from ejecting. It says to close the application and try again. HOW do I close it or temp. disable it? Help, now please. I need to leave and I need my phone. Thank you.

Sorry it took me a while to get the screen shot for you, as I do no have regular internet access. I hope this helps you to help me because I am now completely frustrated. I am hoping you or someone there at AVG Technologies will PLEASE help me. I hope you can read this. I am having this issue right now. I am leaving where I have internet access, therefor will be able to check for response either later on this evening or tomorrow. Thanking you in advance for any help you may be able to provide this (me) dummy to computers. I am trying however, to get better and more familiar with the way things work. Thank you.

  1. Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
    NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
