Back-up in Windows 10

I have on my pC Windows 10 installed, together with AVG Internet security and Tune-up of AVG as well. My problem is that the back-up of Windows 10 does work.
When I delete all AVG products and refress  windows 10, back-up workes correctly.
I get the following logbook message:
