Me: I guess if you're not able to help me today, I'll keep checking my email. It seems like it would be pretty simple to just delete my card information. I don't blame you, but can you really not just delete it?

Is this really how AVG talks to their customers???  This is ridiculous.  Not only could they not handle a simple request, they got an attitude with me very quickly!  Are other people dealing with this nonsense from "Jessica?"  I put "Jessica" in quotes because this is not a Jessica.  This is probably an Indian male that is posing as a Jessica based off their sentence structure.  I paid a LOT for my 3 services with AVG.  You'd think they'd have customer support that at least DIDN'T GET AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU let alone not handle a simple request.
