From your message, we see that you're being prompted to purchase AVG Secure VPN, in order to fix the detected privacy issues, which is usual.
Reason being, AVG Internet Security doesn't include AVG Secure VPN. Certain privacy issues requires Secure VPN license to fix them, which needs to be purchased separately & activated.
If you wish not buy AVG Secure VPN you can disable the popup from AVG.

Why can't you turn off this thing that keeps saying I don't have a VPN if I already have one? and it all boils down to me buying the era! And a lot of other messages that I do NOT want to come up all the time! I will be uninstalling and canceling my subscription soon.
