When I tried to start a subscription, I accidentally typed the wrong email address. The confirmation link was sent to that incorrect email, which does not exist. Because of this, I cannot access the wrong email to confirm or cancel the subscription.
However, I logged in on my laptop using my real email, and now the system shows that I am using 1 out of 10 devices, as if the subscription were active. I want to cancel it, but the system says that cancellation must be done from the wrong email — which I cannot access.
I am very worried because I don’t know if the subscription is active or if I will be charged. I need you to please:
- Check whether the subscription is active or pending.
- Cancel the subscription completely (if it exists).
- Remove any device associated with the wrong email.
- Make sure my bank account is not charged.
