Bad subscription

Hello, I need help with a subscription issue.

When I tried to start a subscription, I accidentally typed the wrong email address. The confirmation link was sent to that incorrect email, which does not exist. Because of this, I cannot access the wrong email to confirm or cancel the subscription.

However, I logged in on my laptop using my real email, and now the system shows that I am using 1 out of 10 devices, as if the subscription were active. I want to cancel it, but the system says that cancellation must be done from the wrong email — which I cannot access.

I am very worried because I don’t know if the subscription is active or if I will be charged. I need you to please:

  1. Check whether the subscription is active or pending.
  2. Cancel the subscription completely (if it exists).
  3. Remove any device associated with the wrong email.
  4. Make sure my bank account is not charged.
