Bank Account accessed

After complaining about AVG taking money from my bank account which was not authorised by me, or told it was going to happen, I was advised by AVG to reply to their e-mail instead of using this Forum.  I sent 2 e-mails, I received no acknowlegement or reply, so I am back here'
Through the AVG app on my computer I have'  AVG AntiVirus  FREE.   Also AVG Secure VPN  SUBSCIBED
Through my account Log-in I have  AVG Secure VPN { Multi = Device] which I paid for on 23- 3-2022
They have taken money from my bank account for a product I don't have, according to their own records!. Also the Unsubscibe for my account does not work. Hoping AVG will have the courtesy to explain in detail as to why I was not informed of the bank account access, but I won't hold my breath!.
