Bank account wrongly charged without permission

Yesterday I received a message that my bank account will be charged with 119,99€ without giving the permission to AVG/Digital River Ireland ltd. I also didn't activate/reactivate my software for 2020/2021. 120€ is really a lot of money. In "invoice/payment" of the AVG account nothing is visible or available.
I asked my bank account for help and the company who took my money and now AVG, until now nobody can help.
Please give me support, I want to have my money back.
