I have been using the same computer at my home it is my personal computer.  All of a sudden when I try to log onto my bank for online banking I have to go through captcha!  I see in the bank URL is blocked when I check my setting I don't know how to stop it.  I tried all the suggestions and there is no place to check allow my bank!
