Hi Stuart,
This isn't the usual behavior of AVG Secure browser. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue.
Initially, we'd like to clarify that AVG Secure browser doesn't have impact on websites.
Would you be so kind to check & ensure that a default browser is set on your computer after removing AVG Secure browser?
Meanwhile, please try accessing the website in private browsing (incognito mode).
If issue persists, let us know whether you'd receive a pop up earlier upon clicking sign in option in the banking website.
Also, let us know if AVG Free Antivirus is installed on your computer or whether you use any VPN service.
I do not know if this is an AVG problem. I do know that I allowed AVG Browser to install and after that I am now unable to login to my Bank of America account. I can go to the website. But when I click on "Sign In" at https://www.bankofamerica.com/smallbusiness/, nothing happens. The fied changes color. And my cursor turns into a finger. But clicking doesn't do anything. I am unable to login.
I uninstalled AVG Browser. I have cleared cache and I even tried logging in from Safe Mode. I have tried 3 different browser. I worked with tech support at BofA. They could not figure it out. And I am able to login from my iPad and from my laptop.
Thank you for checking it for us, Stuart.
I'd request you to reset chrome to default settings and verify the issue.
If that does not help, please disable AVG temporarily and check if you can load the website.
Thank you, Dinesh.
I no longer think this is an AVG problem. For some unknown reason, I am now able to login with Firefox and Chrome Incognito. So, I am closer to a solution. I suspect an upgrade of one of my resident programs will eventually fix the problem. Very odd.
Thank you for your help!
Stu

Hi Dinesh -
Chrome is the default browser. Oh wow. Incognito mode works. That is new.
No pop-up in normal mode. Unable to login. Can click. But nothing happens.
I have the Free version.
