Please let us know what happens exactly while accessing the banking website. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Meanwhile, please disable AVG Internet Security to check if it allows you to access the website.
To do so : Right click on AVG icon in system tray (near date & time, at bottom right corner) - Click on toggle bar beside Protection to disable.
If issue persists, re-enable AVG Internet Security & disconnect Secure VPN, if enabled & let us know the outcome.

When I installed the latest updates for AVG, I can no longer access Bank of America in order to pay my bills!  How can I remedy this?
