Hello,
My e-mail address is patriciamatthew@talktalk.net.
I have just received my bank statement for April and notice that AVG has taken an unauthorised payment on 11th April to the amount of £24.99. There is no number reference for me to quote, it just says the word subscription. What you have done is totally ILLEGAL and I shall be visiting my bank tomorrow to explain what has happened.
I have not signed up for another year with AVG in fact I've tried to uninstall the program. Now that My FREE protection is over I let you know that I did not wish to continue with AVG protection.
Could you make sure that the sum of £24.99 is reimbursed to my account immediately.
Patricia Matthew
Hello Patricia,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As per our record you have an active license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) and it was purchased on 10th April 2016 and this was done automatically because your previous license for AVG PC tuneup had auto renewal in active state.
This is the reason for the £24.99 deduction.
If you do not wish to continue using this renewal license please apply refund for it using this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l= .
