May I know which version of AVG is installed on your PC? And, please provide a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the AVG interface which you are looking at to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi,

I am using AVG Internet Security licensed version. Full protection is showing green but Basic protection is showing red. it was all green earlier after getting some updates and restarting of system only i am facing this issue. Kindly help me on this.
