Hello Delinda,
We are glad to clarify your request. AVG program does not block the process of charging. It's completely not realated to each other. If you think AVG program causing this, you can uninstall all AVG programs and check the status. If you still face battery issue, kindly contact device manufacturer. Thank you.
I noticed recently that my laptop (HP Pavilion, Windows 10) was not charging the battery even though it is plugged in. And the computer shows the power is connected. This morning I logged in and checked the battery, and it was charging!! But, there's always a but, I needed to restart my laptop to complete an AVG update. No sweat! Re-started my laptop and, you guessed it, no longer charging. I did pickup about 3% battery in the process. Is it a coincidence or is it possible the AVG software somehow is connected? Any help is greatly appreciated!
