Initially, you can be rest assured that AVG is compatible with Windows 10.
Sometimes, this might happen if there are any other antivirus installed on your computer or few services are unable to initiate.
Please check & remove if there are any other security software installed & let us know the version of AVG that is installed (Open AVG - Menu - About).
Behaviour shiels is turned off whenver I opened the Laptop. I have called AVG technicians. They reinstalled internet security. It was ok for few weeks and turned off again. I am frustrated. Is the AVG inernet security is compatible with Windows 10.
