I have just renewed my subscription for AVG Internet Security and Virus Removal Assurance and I have been billed twice - there was an error with the internet when processing the order saying that the internet could not load at this time, however, I received an email of purchase but noticed in my bank the amount had been taken out twice. How do I contact to get a refund for one of the orders?
