I'm getting charged monthly though my account says I am not subscribed to anything. I have tried chatting and they said on the chat it was canceled and I assumed that took care of it, but now today there's yet another charge. This seems to me to be obvious and repetitive "oops, we keep charging you and allowing you no recourse or cancellation of charges" that results from trials of products and I'm seeing posts about it over and over again. I'll have to look into how to report you all. I'm so disappointed. I liked your services and even recommended you to some people who bring their computers to me for help. I'll have to stop.
