Being charge when I don't have subscriptions

Does anyone else have the problem of being charged when they don't have any subscriptions? 
I was charged for this last year, and I thought that was because I didn't cancel my subscription on time. 
But now I have been charged again this year, and it's by direct debit, not by my card like the first three times. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop it and get my money back?
