When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. You will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
This notification email was sent to your registered email address which is a different one than the one you used to contact us here and submit the refund request. Please do not worry, our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email with in 3 business days.
I have just been charged £52.99 for avg - I don't have it. Why???
