Being charged for a subscription I don't need

Hello,

I just got an email in which it was stated:
"

Hello,

This is our friendly reminder that your AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device, 60-day Trial) will end on 9 July, 2024 and you will be charged €72.99  (taxes included).

If you loved this trial and you want to continue, then you don’t have to do anything — this trial is followed by a continuing subscription and your credit or debit card ending in (Last 4 digits removed) will be charged once the trial expires."

WHat the hell does that mean? Because I already purchased a supscription which doesn't expire for another 2 years and I don't know what this one is or how to cancel it. I don't want to be charged because I did not buy this subscription.
