Betaald maar geen producten in MyAccount

But paid no products MyAccount
Dear Member of AVG,
On 04-09-2015 I TuneUp ordered AVG, but received nothing. Immediately after the payment I received mail confirming my mail, (because I made a new account) but nothing else. And in MyAccount are no products. What can I do in this situation.

Geachte medewerkers van AVG,

Op 04-09-2015 heb ik TuneUp van AVG besteld, maar niets ontvangen. Meteen na de betaling heb ik mail gekregen om mijn mail te bevestigen, (want ik maakte een nieuwe account aan) maar verder niets. En in MyAccount staan geen producten. Wat kan ik doen in deze situatie.
