Einde september heb ik 'AVG Free' download.
Daarna heb ik de betalende versie aangevraagd 29,99 € betaald via mijn Visa.
Nog altijd is dit niet in orde.
Vandaag heb ik mijn account kunnen aanmaken.
Ik heb nog 10 dagen 'AVG Free' versie.
Wanneer is dit in orde, of wat moet ik nog doen.

I see that your payment has already been cancelled and hence you don't have any Active Subscriptions under your account.

At the end of September I downloaded "AVG Free".
Then I requested the paying version 29.99 € paid through my Visa.
Still this is not alright.
Today, I've been able to create my account.
I have 10 days 'AVG Free' version.
When is this okay, or what should I do?
