You will see a prompt to enter the activation code upon opening the AVG TuneUp app for first time after installing it.
Unfortunately, you seem to have overlooked it. But that it not a problem, please click follow the steps below to complete the activation.

Open AVG TuneUp and go to My AVG ▸ My Subscription.
Select Enter a valid activation code.
Type or paste your activation code (including hyphens), then click Enter.

If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.

Installeren update AVG TuneUp voor € 40,49
Ik heb de knop voor Windows   AVG PV TuneUp   ingedrukt.
vervolgens heb ik 2x op de file   avg_tuneup_setup.exe   geklikt.
Het programma ging installeren.
Daarna gebeurde er niets meer. Er werd ook geen licentienummer gevraagd.
Om te kijken of het programma werkelijk is geïnstalleerd heb ik op de snelkoppeling op het buroblad "C:\Program Files\AVG\TuneUp" gedrukt.
Tot mijn verbazing verscheen op het volgende scherm een groene knop met:
"abonnement verlengen". Hierop heb ik gedrukt; toen kwam het volgende scherm:
Licentie voor 1 jaar      bespaar € 17,00      € 44,99      € 27,99
Inmiddels is het nieuwe programma (vervaldatum 4 december 2021) geïnstalleerd.
Ik heb nu € 40,49 hiervoor betaald, terwijl op dit scherm staat dat verlengen € 27.99 kost.
Ik heb het abonnement "AVG TuneUp" al een aantal jaren.
Hoe zit dat? Kan ik het teveel betaalde € 12.50 terugkrijgen? Gaarne een reactie naar:
