Van AVG kreeg ik een aanmaning omdat mijn abonnement op AVG Internet Security, ordernummer 65431568600 via PayPal nog niet betaald is.
Het probleem is dat ik sinds januari 2020 niet meer in Duitsland woon en mijn PayPal-account sindsdien ook niet meer heb gebruikt. Mijn password is verlopen en een nieuw password stuurt PayPal naar mijn Duitse mobile nummer wat ik niet meer heb. Ook heb ik geen Duits banknummer meer en geen creditcard.
Dus mijn vraag is of ik deze rekening rechtstreeks aan AVG kan betalen en dat u daarna bericht doet aan PayPal dat de rekening voldaan is.
