I bought AVG internet security product from Staples and I deeply regret my decision for doing so…
I have checked the reviews for this company and found out that there is plenty of customers who have had issues with the product and with their staff nonchalant attitude toward customers.What is puzzle me is how they manage to go globally when they are about ripping you off. I paid for service I never used and when I asked about refund their east Indian staff said nope. In vain I tried to reason with them telling them that this kind of practice was going to come back and haunt them but other than some apologies they offered me no practical solutions. To make the long story short I deleted their program and took the loss.
