Since activating the AVG VPN my bigpond mail does not work. I’ve discovered when the VPN is completely shut down the mail is ok.

Please refer to this article for detailed instructions to change the location/server of your AVG Secure VPN to one of the 'Torrenting' servers.
Also, follow the below steps & enable the Mimic VPN protocol in your AVG Secure VPN:
Open AVG Securer VPN > Menu > Settings > Protocols > Select Mimic.
If the issue still persists after following the above steps, please let us know.

I read the article but my problem is on an iphone7 not a computer running windows. I don't an "AVG Secure VPN" app. I have an AVG Security app but it does not have the described links as in menu, etc.
