My credit card shows a charge of $17.99 from AVG and yet in my account I have no active subscriptions and nothing on auto renewal. I did download and pay for AVG mobile security in 2014 but that subscription has expired now. The less than helpful AVG telephone operator says the only way to resolve issues is via these forums, (surely making him a pointless resource?).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
