My mobile phone account is being billed for AVG Pro.  I did not purchase this product.  When I logon, it is not listed either online or from my phone.  My phone lists AVG as the charging party: $11.99/month!!!  I can't get through via my pc or phone because those two places say I don't have that product subscription.  My mobile phone carrier won't block the charge.  A phone call to support got me nowhere.  They couldn't see that I had the product and supposedly referred it to the "mobile" group and supposedly sent me an email.  No email ever arrived.  I am a retired IT person.  It is not in my Spam.  There is no email.  I am getting the grand run around.  STOP THIS ILLEGAL CHARGE!!!
