When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

I was billed for AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) without my permission. I was never given advance warning that this was going to be withdrawn.  After a yr I had totally forgotten about it.  How do I get a refund?  I keep getting taken from one page to another without any success.  Also asks for my invoice # which I have & license number or product key which I don't know where to find. Thanks for any help
