Let me explain this clearly.
You have been charged for renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. This order was initially purchased on 2018-04-12.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

Please explain the charge to my credit card for $53.55 that occurred today - 3/28/19.
