Last year 2016 I renewed my AVG subscription on November 11th. I have an email showing that the expiry and renewal date for 2017 is October 13, yet the renewal has been taken today 28th September and at a considerably increased price. So, I only had less than 11 months protection for 12 months subscription AND the price has gone up.
I only received a reminder a couple of days ago, giving me NO opportunity to look around and check that your product provides the best protection and value for money.
IMO this is unfair trading and I will contact UK trading standards to see what they think.
Have other community members been billed and had their increased subscription taken early?
