Billed twice in 6 hours!

HOW DO I GET A DIRECT ANSWER FROM AVG?

To AVG:

In the last two months I have received a number of emails telling me that you could not renew my AVG because there were insufficient funds in the account used previously. 

 That is correct.  I deliberately limit the funds in that account to what is needed for current purchases.  This is to reduce the likelihood of falling victim to scams and I do not give any provider the opportunity to “automatically renew”.  I never tick the box that gives permission to save my card details.  Unfortunately, I have found in the past that it means very little and details are retained anyway.  It would appear that applies to AVG too.
As my AVG renewal date was nearing, I put funds in that account about two weeks ago, and you continued to tell me that you could not access that account. 
I reluctantly provided details of another account and, within 6 hours I was billed twice for my AVG internet security product from the two different bank accounts.
Details of the two transactions follow and I expect a reimbursement as soon as possible.
1)
AVG Internet Security   -  transaction at 3.51 pm AEST Monday 28 October
Order No:  (Order number removed)
Amount:  $ 52.67 (incl tax 4.79)
Transaction:  $A 88.22
2)
AVG Internet Security -  transaction at 9.06 pm  AEST  Monday 28 October           
Order No:  (Order number removed)
Amount:   $A 94.99
I would like to add that, having indicated very early in the ordering process  that I am in Australia,  why  were the prices shown in US dollars?  And what are the taxes included in the price.  Australian GST or some other US tax??
I look forward to hearing from you and seeing a reimbursement in my bank account.
