Hi AGV accounts. Today you charged me $69.99 for something I have no clear recollection of subscribing to. Some years ago AGV was my chosen security but on becoming an age pensioner, on $400 a week to pay rent, eat, fuel my car and other living costs, I cancelled all my business with your firm.  I cannot afford whatever it is I am being billed for, I don't need whatever it is I am being billed for and it caused me to overdraw my account for which I will be charged $20. This is a mess, please cancel my subscription for all finality and refund the monies paid for something I don't use. I do not want to cancel my card to stop you getting money from me but if that is the  option I face it will be done.
