On September 10th 2021, I sent an email requesting that you refund £59.99 as my account was uninstalled March 10th, 2021 and is effectively dead. I appreciate that that money was indeed refunded. Subsequently, however, I've been billed again - this time from another credit card, number ending 4950, totalling £77.99. Please refund before Natwest charge me interest.
i apologise for being a pain, but i really need every penny, right now.
