Hi.  Why do you make it so difficult to access an autorenew preference on my account. I've had payments come out I don't believe I subscribed to (I do not need security for 10 devices).  I appear to have two products running along side each other. Your billing, subscription and autorenew access is awful and confusing.  I think you make it difficult to prevent people switching off autorenew so you automatically take their money. From the responses in this forum you must spend so much time renewing and cancelling subscriptions - perhaps that's what we're all paying for - admin fees.
