After recieving a bill for £74.99 not realising that AVG had slipped it into a rolling contract until it was to late to cancel, I thought OK I will keep it for another year, but definitely cancel for 2021 as it is way to expensive. On checking my p.c I now find the product asking for renewal again but at a different price of £29.99. I need someone to contact me and explain why have been overcharged. I find it very hard to actually communicate with someone from the company. Maybe if I pass it to BBC"s watchdog program, they will investigate… They love companies that are not customer friendly… I see by many of the questions posted below… I am not alone.
