Despite my account showing NO subscriptions, AVG have helped themselves to a renewel fee from my bank account!
Online chat won't work: I fill in my details then hit submit and I get a message saying 'fill in the form'.
When I go to support to 'request a refund' it refers me to my account to hit a button near the relevant subscription. BUT my account says I have NO subscriptions.
Fekin horrendous!!!
How the hell can I get in touch with these people?
