I recently (last June) purchase AVG Ultimate for a year. I figured since Ultimate included all your products, I would no longer get billed for the AVG TuneUp. Only today I was billed for just that subscription. I also have AVG Internet Security expiring in April 2022, which I thought would get extended due to the overlap with Ultimate?
Mainly, I want to get the credit for todays billing for TuneUp as it's redundant. How does one contact your billing dept?
