Dear team, I recently cancelled the AVG VPN service since I don't have a need for it. Despite that, I was now charged 59,99€ for the service that should have been cancelled.
I'm still deciding whether to reactivate the antivirus program, however I cancelled the VPN service on purpose and would like to ask for a refund.
